Love that "comment for less"! Less really is more sometimes!

hello! I love this.

I would LOVE, love, love smaller curated lists - even deep dives into ONE book at a time. (I get overwhelmed easily.)

I know I'm just one reader of yours, so I'm curious to see what other people want, too!

(also: I think it might be possible to create tags within Substack that would essentially curate bigger lists for you - if you write posts about each book and tag them all the same, they will show up in a linkable list. maybe? the ins and outs of Substack are still confusing to me.)

also also: an autistic artist I adore (Sarah Shotts | she/they) has written about Intentional Inconsistency here --> https://sarahshotts.substack.com/p/intentional-inconsistency

(I really, really appreciate this approach - even moreso when my kiddos were younger.)

xxx, thanks for writing here. I enjoy your work.

Great to know, thanks so much! I get so self-conscious about my solo book reviews. Like I feel like they have to look/be structured a certain way...I worry I might not be representing the book "correctly"/in the best way. Maybe I just need to throw all that out the window! Definitely a ND anxiety it seems.

I get it. I get self-conscious about pretty much everything I post 🙃anxious perfectionism is annoying - and quite difficult to throw out (but I think we should all probably do it more often! maybe? someday 🤣)

Love your thoughts about less, I think about this, too, how to balance giving parents support and helpful information without adding more.
